About time update!

Hi everyone, I know it's been a long time since my last update. With end of year school stuff and xmas and everything else the days seem to blend together! And now it's 2009!
I'm going to post some photos and just write a short description for each set. We're in the middle of the holidays and the girls are at each other often because they're bored. So hopefully I can get this done in one go.
The first photo's are of our garden and Tank and Terry playing soccer.Tank doesn't like his kennel so we keep trying to tempt him to go in; unfortunately it hasn't made any difference! And now Mickey, our cat, has decided to make the kennel her own.
Terry and Tank quite often play soccer together; Tank is gloating over the fact that he's often faster than Terry to the ball and is able to carry the ball in his mouth whereas as a pup he couldn't.

This is our garden this year. We have spuds (which we have since dug up and planted more), cauli, broccoli, carrots, beetroot, brussel sprouts, cabbage, lettuces, corn, yams (self sown from last year); I think that's about all.

The photo below is of another garden patch getting prepared which now has beans, cauli and broccoli, and I think some cabbage. You can also see the next patch we'll be getting ready, not sure for what yet.

We've had a good crop of rasberries that have grown under the fence from the back neighbors and our plum trees have had an abundance of fruit too. Except the birds have noticed the plums and have eaten most of them.

So far I helped Sue pick and make up 30lbs of yellow plums into jam on those hot 40 degree days. I had the equipment and know how Sue had the energy together we made a team.Margaret.
